Last weekend I facilitated a chakra workshop. One woman expressed curiosity and some frustration in wanting to know why she seemed to have trouble around a particular chakra. What has become more and more clear to me is that asking why is usually a waste of time. Asking why, and digging in to find out why, just keeps us rooted in the story, and rooted in the thoughts that created the blockage to begin with. I’m not just talking about chakras. I’m talking about life, our stories. I used to obsessively ask myself why things were the way they were, which for me meant I was focused in blaming either myself or someone else. I highly recommend letting go of why! Who cares? That was the past! Instead, what do you want NOW? What would you rather focus on, welcome in, create and enjoy NOW?! How would you rather it be? Send your thoughts, feelings and actions in that direction and suddenly there is relief, room to move, and massively increased possibility! You’re no longer stuck in the story (or stuck in your chakra), and you’ve just stepped back into the Flow, and into Who You Truly Are.

Absolutely..forget WHYS…they are such a drag…they just prevent us from moving forward and making things, happenings, art, life, newness, passion, love, and magic. Things you already do Miss Chris. I lived in Whyland for a loooooong time and perhaps still visit occasionally but I have a summer house where I live most of the time now in Possibilityland….so much nicer there…I absolutely love your mission to recruit people to the leave Whyland too. Yayyy Chris.
