Conversations with God

Chakra energy - a conduit for the Divine into Manifest Reality!

I subscribe the Neale Donald Walsh’s “Conversations with God.”  Todays email seemed super relevant to the post I made yesterday.  His email is below. And you can sign up for his daily emails at http://www.nealedonaldwalsch.com/index.php?p=Home

Today he said:

On this day of your life, Christina, I believe God wants you to know…
…that your agenda for this day has been set in your
soul. The only question now is whether you will listen to that.

Do you know why you are alive? To give voice and
action and physicality to God. To become the
grandest version of the greatest vision ever you held
about Who You Are. Everything else is beside the point.

It will involve you, of course. It will grab you and hold
you and make you think it is important today, but it
will all be very much beside the point.

Stay on course. Stay on course.

Mike Dooley’s “Universe” on Possibility

A sweet image from Mike Dooley's site

I subscribe to Mike Dooley’s “Notes from the Universe.”  Every day I get a message from “The Universe.”  When you subscribe you enter your name and some personal dreams, and then every once in awhile the messages come personalized to you.   They’ve been fun to get!  Today’s Note from the Universe was about possibility!  It said:

“What I most want you to dream of, Christina, are possibilities that thrill you. Rich, glorious, amazing possibilities.

What I most want you to feel, is happy.

And what I most want you to know, is that you’re loved.

Always,
    The Universe”

Never Mind Why!

The latest "drive-by Inspiration" sign in the studio window overlooking Adams Avenue

Last weekend I facilitated a chakra workshop. One woman expressed curiosity and some frustration in wanting to know why she seemed to have trouble around a particular chakra.  What has become more and more clear to me is that asking why is usually a waste of time.  Asking why, and digging in to find out why, just keeps us rooted in the story, and rooted in the thoughts that created the blockage to begin with. I’m not just talking about chakras. I’m talking about life, our stories.  I used to obsessively ask myself why things were the way they were, which for me meant I was focused in blaming either myself or someone else.  I highly recommend letting go of why!  Who cares?  That was the past!  Instead, what do you want NOW?  What would you rather focus on, welcome in, create and enjoy NOW?!  How would you rather it be?  Send your thoughts, feelings and actions in that direction and suddenly there is relief, room to move, and massively increased possibility!  You’re no longer stuck in the story (or stuck in your chakra), and you’ve just stepped back into the Flow, and into Who You Truly Are.

Possibility Shamanism

July 18, 2011

Christina Brittain, Possibility Shaman

I’m a possibility shaman.  What I do is create openings for people to see more options, and to open up to more in general. More, bigger, broader, higher versions of themselves, life and the Universe.  With their permission, I step into people’s energy fields and look around. I can see/feel where they’re stuck.  And I can see their most accessible paths for getting unstuck.  And then we wiggle around until we find a thought that feels better, and provides a little more room to move.  And then another thought after that, and another. Until a path has opened up that leads the person into a much more spacious, relaxed orientation to their life.  The cramped feeling of being stuck is left behind.  New beliefs, new ideas, and new messages get introduced into the person’s mind and energy field.

Our bodies are energy, and thoughts create or strengthen our biological and neurological structures. So this wiggling around and taking a thought-by-thought path actually maps out brand-new paths for new thoughts in the person’s body. New choices and possibilities become hardwired options in the person’s actual physiology.  I mean, that’s pretty darn cool.

So as a possibility shaman, I help people build roads and bridges. First, bridges that connect them to their own Higher Knowing and the truth about where they want to go. And then from there we build roads and bridges (as neural networks) in their bodies so that the new beliefs can manifest into new thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Yeah.  Defnitely cool.
